FAQ's


All sales are FINAL, however, we do accept Exchanges.  Shipping back to 3just3 is the client's responsibility. 

Policies affecting Exchanges:

  • Exchanges will only be honored if made within 14 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Exchanges will only be accepted on UNUSED items.  For an item to be considered UNUSED, it must be free of noticeable use, in original packaging and tags.

 Process to Exchange an item:

  • Contact our Client Support Team at clientsupport@3just3.com.  In your email, please include your order number, and the item number that you would like to exchange along with the reason for the exchange.  Also provide the item that you would like to exchange in its place.  
  • Ship your unused item to the address found on the shipping label on the original box your received.
  • Once the items are received, we will inspect the items, and if the items are approved for exchange, we will then fulfill the replacement items and ship them to you. 
  • Unless the exchange is being done due to our error in fulfilling the order, there will be a charge for shipping the new items back to you to satisfy your request for the exchange. 

Shipping Policies & Costs:

Order Shipped within:

  • UNITED STATES: We offer FLAT RATE SHIPPING to all orders shipped within the continental United States of only $2.97 with FREE SHIPPING on order OVER $50.00.   
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: All orders outside of the continental US will be accessed a flat shipping charge of $14.97.  Please allow 14-21 BUSINESS days for arrival. At times the package may be delayed by customs or due to excess holiday traffic; add 2-3 days in these cases. Parcel tracking is not available for international shipments by default - please message us if you would like parcel tracking. Additional charges will apply which range -/+$35.

 Shipping Method: 

  • All orders are shipped USPS Priority shipping. For tracking information on your order, please visit www.USPS.com
  • International orders are shipped via different carriers depending on the country where the item is being shipped to.  We partner with the carrier that provides the best service and efficiency in your country.

Handling:

Turn Around Time:

  • When ordering items that are not handmade or custom made, please allow 3-5 business days to process.
  • When ordering items that are handmade or custom made, please allow 7-10 business days to process your entire order.
  • When ordering officiating licensed products, please allow 7-10 business days to process your entire order.
  • During heavy holiday season, such as Christmas, we ask that you consider adding an  additional 3 days to the processing times stated above.

Changes To Order: 

We will do everything possible to accommodate any changes to orders after they have been placed.  

PLEASE VERIFY YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS: We print labels directly from the information that you enter into  your shipping address; therefore, please make sure your shipping address is correct upon checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an invalid address that was provided.  

Note:  Any orders that are made on holidays or weekends, will be processed on the next business day and shipped as indicated above.

Exception:  If the item(s) you have purchased from us is found to have malfunctioned or have not performed as expected, and its an obvious quality issue, please contact our Client Support Team at clientsupport@3just3.com.  We will do everything in our power to keep your experience positive and make any adjustments necessary.
